The Shared Services Directorate of a multilateral organization engaged us to support the design and facilitation of a strategic retreat aimed at strengthening integration and ties among team members, as well as raising greater awareness of the area’s main challenges and opportunities in the
current context. The process aimed to enhance team cohesion, collaboration, and effectiveness, creating a space that allowed for perspective-taking on the area’s strategic agenda and laying the groundwork for a shared work agenda.
A strategic retreat was designed and facilitated, where the team worked on identifying the area’s main challenges and opportunities, while promoting the strengthening of cohesion and collaboration among its members. Subsequently, the results of the meeting were integrated with other relevant inputs, such as internal climate surveys,
institutional priorities, and internal client feedback, to structure a strategic plan for the area. The process continued with supporting the team in organizing these inputs into strategic pillars and priorities, as well as defining short-term initiatives and actions aligned with these priorities.
