A service company contacts us to support the leadership team in a coaching and strategic support process.
The challenge was to strengthen the team’s capacity in the face of a new CEO’s arrival and the need to manage proactively and with focus
a business growth opportunity never seen before in the company’s history, resulting from a major competitor’s exit from the country. The request included the expectation of helping to strengthen the team’s trust and integration and the ability to lead the transformation.
Our support was structured in 3 stages. The first had as its milestone a residential workshop with the leadership team, aimed at strengthening integration, leaving behind unproductive relationship dynamics, and focusing as a winning team in the face of the challenges ahead.
The second stage was a strategic planning exercise in work meetings aimed at defining the 3-year vision, and
grounding it in pillars and strategic objectives. The third was to prepare and conduct an alignment workshop with all the company’s middle managers, where the vision and strategic objectives were presented. And teams worked to ideate and prioritize initiatives to address them, defining OKRs and those responsible. This output was then integrated into the company’s annual plan.
