Success Story

Train the Trainers for Technology Teams

Challenge

A regional technology company faces strong growth that requires the accelerated onboarding of new technical profiles. This created the need to accelerate knowledge transfer and strengthen the role of

internal specialists as trainers, to reduce the learning curve for new team members. While there was a previous train-the-trainers program, the goal was to update it to improve its effectiveness and impact.

Solution

We designed and implemented a blended and virtual program focused on developing the skills needed to transfer the technical knowledge that existed within the company. It was aimed at technical specialists from different countries across the Latin America region, and editions were delivered in Spanish and Portuguese.

The program’s guiding thread was the design and facilitation of a real training session, enabling participants to apply

immediately tools for designing learning experiences for technical content, effective facilitation, and managing learning dynamics in virtual environments.

The proposal combined synchronous workshops, eLearning modules, practice labs with small groups, a flipped learning approach, and a final evaluation instance with feedback from facilitators and peers.
